By W. A. S. Benson, a pair of table lamps in brass aligned to the Arts & Crafts movement (1880–1910), c.1900. Tall, sweeping swan-neck uprights rise from distinctive heart-shaped bases, a Benson leitmotif that balances graphic line with stability. Each base is stamped to the base and fitted with period-style brass lampholders/Bayonets. Recently rewired for UK plugs, the pair present finely worked casting and mellow patina.
